Stationary concrete batching plants zemin üzerine sabitlenmiş bir beton santrali türüdür. Beton santrali, çimento, agrega, su ve kimyasal/mineral katkıları belli oranlarda karıştırıp beton haline getiren üretim tesisleridir. Genel olarak mobil ve sabit olmak üzere iki tip beton santrali vardır. Sabit santrallerin mobil santraller gibi taşınabilir özelliği yoktur. Sabit beton santralleri büyük ölçekli beton üretimi gerektiren inşaat projelerinde kullanılırlar.

How Does a Stationary Concrete Batching Plant Work?
Stationary concrete batching plant mainly consists of aggregate bunker, weighing belt, transfer belt, concrete mixer, cement silo and automation system.
Aggregate bunkerIt is the hopper where different types and sizes of sand and gravel are stored.
Weighing tapeIt is a belt with hopper where the aggregate coming from the hopper is weighed and transported to the transfer belt.
Transfer bandIt is the belt where the weighed and proportioned aggregate is transported to the mixer.
Cement siloIt is the reservoir where the cement is stored and transported to the mixer with the help of an auger.
Concrete mixerIt is a machine that mixes cement, aggregate, water and additives into concrete and fills this concrete into the transit mixer vehicle.
